Relating to weapons in the Capitol.

Abstract

Prohibits possession of weapons in Capitol except by police officer or member of military performing duties. Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Directs Legislative Administrator to develop and implement administrative policy for screening of persons entering Capitol by security personnel.
